For practices that are scheduled for 3:15 students will proceed to the gym when the rest of the students are dismissed to the choir room or are picked up in their classroom by their coach. If a practice is scheduled for 3:30 then students will go to the Choir room and wait for the coach to pick them up form there. If a practice is scheduled at 4:30 or later then parents have the choice of picking up their children and taking them home after school and returning them to school no sooner then 15 minutes before their practice is scheduled to start. Or parents may choose to have their child attend After School Child Care (fees are required for this) where they will be picked up by their coach 10 - 15 minutes before practice is to start.
Parents should plan on picking up their children from practice no later then 15 minutes after practice is scheduled to end. If students are not picked up within this 15 minute time period they will be taken to After School Child Care and the family will be charged the appropriate fee. Parents are asked to remember that our coach's volunteer their time and as good stewards of their time we don't want to make the stay any longer then they need to. We are very thankful for all of the time that they donate to coach your children.
