Participate to the best of their individual abilities and skill development.

Must have their complete uniform for class each day.
Uniform Shirt and Shorts
White socks
Tennis shoes (no platform type tennis shoes, backless, or hiking type shoes)
Lockers are to be locked at all times.
To be dressed and out ready for activities within 5 minutes of the last bell

If a doctor dose not want you to participate in class, then you are required to bring a note from the doctor stating how long you are to be excused from class.
If you need to be excused for more then three consecutive days a doctor's note is required.

Talk to Mr. Cypher and explain how you are feeling.
Mr. Cypher will let you know what activities you can be excused from or how they will be modified so that you can participate.
After dressing for class (middle school students) and attempting to participate, if you still are not feeling well speak to Mr. Cypher again and you will be allowed to sit out the rest of the class or those activities that you cannot do.

Each class will begin with fitness activities. These activities are related to those that will be tested in the spring as part of the Presidential Fitness Test. It is important that students work at these activities to the best of their abilities in order to improve.
Typical fittness activities
Daily running
push ups
sit ups
stretching(Stretching activites will be taught in class at the beginning of school. However to be effective students should spend 15 - 20 minutes a day working on flexiablity.)
